Affiliate Program Terms

These Terms govern your participation in the Apex Trading Suite affiliate program (the "Program") operated by the owner of aicashsystem.space ("we", "us"). By creating an affiliate account and ticking the acceptance box, you ("Affiliate", "you") agree to these Terms.

1. The Program

You promote Apex Trading Suite products using your unique referral link. When a customer buys through your link and the purchase is valid, you earn a commission as described below. You are an independent promoter — these Terms do not create employment, partnership or agency between us.

2. Commission

• You earn 30% of the sale price on each eligible sale: $89.10 on the $297 crypto bot and $149.10 on the $497 forex bot.
• A sale is attributed to you only if the customer reaches checkout with your referral code recorded.
• The commission rate may be changed for future sales with notice; sales already recorded keep their rate.

3. When commissions are paid (refund window & clawback)

• A commission is "Pending" until the customer's 14-day refund window has passed and the funds have cleared. Only then does it become "Available" for payout.
• If the customer refunds the order or the payment is charged back/disputed, the related commission is cancelled (clawed back) and is not payable — even if it was previously shown as Available. If it was already paid out, the amount may be deducted from future commissions.
• Commissions are calculated on the net amount actually received by us.

4. Payouts

• The minimum payout is $50 in Available commission. Balances below this roll over until the minimum is reached.
• Payouts are made to the payout method you provide (e.g. PayPal, bank transfer or crypto wallet) after you request a payout.
• You are responsible for providing accurate payout details. We are not liable for funds sent to details you supplied incorrectly.

5. Taxes & invoicing

• You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes due on your commissions in your country of residence.
• Depending on your status and jurisdiction, we may require a valid invoice (if you operate a registered business) or your tax identification details before releasing a payout, and may be required to withhold tax where the law requires it.

6. Acceptable promotion

You must not:

• Spam, send unsolicited messages, or use misleading, false or guaranteed-income claims.
• Use your own link to buy for yourself to generate commissions (self-referral), or commit any form of fraud.
• Run paid ads on our brand name/trademarks or impersonate us.
• Make any financial, investment or earnings guarantees on our behalf. Trading involves risk; our products are software, not financial advice.

Commissions generated through prohibited conduct are void, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

7. Suspension & termination

Either party may end participation at any time. We may suspend or close an account and withhold commissions linked to fraud, abuse, chargebacks or breach of these Terms. Validly earned, non-clawed-back commissions above the minimum remain payable on termination.

8. No guarantee

We do not guarantee any level of sales, traffic, earnings or program availability. The Program is provided "as is".

9. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; the version and date above will change and continued participation means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania (to be confirmed with legal counsel), and any disputes will be handled in the competent courts there.
